A passionate and dynamic preacher, avid reader, and advocate for the lost and spiritually oppressed. Dr. Williams’ research focuses on the influential role of pastoral leadership in establishing healthy congregational relationships. Her doctoral dissertation titled, Paradoxical Unity: Repairing the Pastoral Breach Between Conflict and Restoration, takes a biblical stance on the intrinsic duty of pastors to aid believers in handling and resolving conflict in redemptive ways. Her second book, Sermon & Bible Study Journal is a tool to assist in the development of effective notetaking and journaling.

Since April 15, 1989, the time Dr. Williams reaffirmed her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, she has been committed to helping others develop and maintain a genuine relationship with the Lord.
